The Team

Austen Kelso leads development for RNL’s enrollment solutions for traditional undergraduate enrollment. In his work, he shapes enhancements to existing RNL solutions and the development of new solutions so that campuses can engage and enroll the students they want.

Previously, Austen served at the University of Richmond as regional director of admission and communications. In this role, he managed recruitment strategies and served as the lead for all communications to 200,000 prospects, 60,000 inquiries, 14,000 applicants, and 850 enrolled students annually. He also assisted with the development of the undergraduate admission strategic marketing and communication plan.

Austen holds an MBA and a BA from the University of Richmond.
