This stage also includes a detailed outline of our consulting process along with the anticipated outcomes, ensuring a clear understanding of the journey ahead.



Assessment

The university undertakes a thorough AI Governance Maturity questionnaire to collect extensive insights into its existing AI practices, policies, and governance frameworks.



Step 3

Roadmap Development

We conduct a thorough analysis to evaluate your AI governance maturity level, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.



Step 4

Implementation Support

We work closely with the university to roll out the AI governance framework by providing essential resources, templates, and best practices that foster the development of effective AI policies.

We can also host regular follow-up meetings to assess progress, overcome challenges, and ensure that university personnel overseeing AI governance receive ongoing training and support.



Step 5

FUTURE STATE AND ONGOING ENHANCEMENT

RNL Edge AI provides specialized training services to enhance AI awareness and promote ethical AI use among faculty and staff, preparing them to effectively navigate this changing landscape. We also offer a 12-month support services contract for ongoing evaluation of the AI governance framework’s effectiveness, facilitating continuous improvements and necessary adjustments in light of advancements in AI technology and emerging regulatory requirements.
